After completing your online registration, please mail your completed Health and Information Forms and your cheque or money order to:

Cairn, R.R. #1, Baysville, Ontario P0B 1A0

All applications are accepted in the order in which they are received.

I/We agree to all of the following conditions.

We:

  • Will make cheque(s) payable to CAIRN.
  • Will include all post-dated cheques, if we are paying in installments.
  • Understand that CAIRN will reserve spots for campers for 2 weeks only (over the phone or with internet registration). Within 14 days, we will confirm our registration by sending a deposit cheque and post-dated cheques for the balance of our payment due.
  • Understand that CAIRN is not able to accept credit card payments.
o Understand that a minimum $75.00 deposit is required for each registration.
  • Will pay the balance of our payment due by May 15, 2011, if we are not taking advantage of either reduced rate.
  • Understand that registrations mailed after May 15, 2011, require immediate payment in full.
  • Understand that Refunds will be made for cancellations (made 15 days prior to the camp session) subject to a non-refundable administration fee of $75.00.
  • Will place only one name in the space following “I would like to be in a cabin/unit with:”. Only the first person’s name will be considered.

**PLEASE NOTE: Campers will only be placed in a cabin or unit with a friend if BOTH families put the other child’s name in this space. Campers can be no more than 2 year apart in age.

Special Notes:

Leader in Training (LIT) Programme

When you fill in your LIT Application and send it to Cairn, you must also Register for camp using the Online Registration Form.

If you send us post-dated cheques with your LIT Programme Registration, they will not be cashed until your acceptance to the programme has been assured.

Please remember:

Campers are organized into cabin groups (Glen Mhor Programme) or tent units (Iona Programme) prior to their arrival. Under no circumstances will campers be moved to other cabins on Opening Day. Campers more than two years apart in age will not be placed together.
