CYOB

It’s Vacation Bible School with a Cairn twist: Camp in Your Own Backyard (CYOB). For the past 4 summers we have been blessed to be able to run this camping programme at a number of churches throughout our Synod. Cairn can provide weeklong day camp programme in your congregation! CYOB brings your church two trained Cairn staff members plus a well-developed programme for a week in the summer.

Gather your church’s youth, or youth from your neighbourhood, and prepare for an amazing week of camp fun right in your own backyard! Please invite children from ages 6 to 13 (or older, if they would like to be young adult volunteers) to join us for a week of awesome camp programming right in your own backyard.

The cost for this weeklong camp programme is $850. This includes 2 trained Cairn staff members and the CYOB curriculum which includes–but is not limited to–singing, games, music & drama, creations’s quest, arts & crafts, initiatives and “campfire” everyday! There is no limit on the the number of children who can participate, so long as there is an appropriate ratio of adult volunteers to assist with the programming.
