10 Year Paddles

We have a wonderful tradition at Cairn that we want you to be a part of! If you attended any of Cairn’s four camps (Glen Mhor, Iona, Dorothy Lake or Music Camp) for 10 years, as a camper, staff member or volunteer, you can receive a 10 Year Paddle. This paddle is a wooden cut-out that has your name (and camp name, if you have one) burned into it. If you’ve been a a Cairn camp for 10 years or more, let us know and we’ll make and present you with your paddle and then hang it in the rafters in the lodge for future generations of campers and families to see! And if you’re not quite at 10 years, don’t worry! Any time you spend at camp as a camper (like, at Alumni Weekend) or as a volunteer counts towards your 10 years. If you’ve put in your 10 years and would like to join the other paddles already hanging in the lodge, then send an email to Match at match@ilovecamp.org.
